Bomco Announces Improved Capabilities
Thanks Customers For Support During Expansion

By N. K. Banks Jr., President

I would like to express our appreciation and thanks to all our customers who have supported us during our recent period of growth and expansion. In the past 18 months, we have experienced "growing pains" as improved customer business strained our production capabilities and extended our delivery schedules. We are truly grateful for your perseverance as we addressed the demands of our growing business and the expanding economy.

Now I am pleased to report that we have made many improvements to our operations and added new, modern production equipment (see inset). We have also completed a 6,000 sq. ft. addition to our tool storage and manufacturing building where more efficient tool handling, centralized welding operations and a new CNC spinning cell improve our overall manufacturing efficiencies.

We continue to refine our cell manufacturing techniques and to look for new opportunities to assist our customers wherever appropriate with specialized engineering and manufacturing.

In addition, this summer we will be adding a state-of-the-art laser cutting and welding system.

You can be assured that we will continue to analyze our operations and to use leading edge technologies and manufacturing techniques to economically produce precision formed metal components for all our customers.
